Terms of Sale (Workshops, Memberships, & Digital Products)

These terms apply to all purchases made through this website.
1. Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and may change at any time.
2. Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. I do not store payment details.
3. Workshops & Events
Full details are emailed upon booking
If I must cancel or reschedule, you will first receive a workshop transfer option - I will propose a new workshop date which you can either attend or request a full refund.
If you need to cancel participation in a booked event, refunds are not available. If you cancel with more than 24 hours notice I can offer you a transfer option to attend a different day, or a voucher of the same price. You can request a refund in special circumstances, which will be at my discretion.
Weather-related adjustments will be communicated via email
I will always endeavour to keep sessions running on the day, making reasonable adjustments, and my main priority is to give you an engaging and enjoyable time!
4. Wild Revival Membership

5. Digital Downloads
Because these are instantly accessible, all digital sales are final, with no refunds given.
6. Delivery
Digital items and membership content are delivered via email or your member login. Workshop information is delivered via email.

Foraging guidance is provided for educational use only. You are responsible for your own safety when foraging outside guided sessions.

All content - workshops, writings, guides, membership posts - is for educational and inspirational purposes. It is not medical, nutritional, or therapeutic advice. You are responsible for your own due diligence and personal health and safety.
2. Plant Identification & Safety
While I teach careful, responsible foraging:
You are responsible for your own plant identification
Never consume a plant unless you are 100% sure of its identity
Always check for allergies or sensitivities
I am not liable for any injury, allergic reaction, misidentification, or harm arising from foraging or using natural remedies outside guided sessions. Please contact your GP before using any herbal remedy, and/or see a qualified Herbalist or Naturopath. Discontinue use of foraged foods or supplements if you experience any adverse effects.
3. Health & Wellbeing
Any wellbeing practices described are non-clinical and not a substitute for professional medical care.
If you are in a mental health crisis, please contact a crisis hotline, emergency services, or a mental health professional immediately.

4. Outdoor Activities
Workshops may involve uneven terrain, weather variation, and outdoor risks. Participants attend at their own responsibility.
I am fully covered by Public Liability Insurance for all in-person events, I’m a qualified Level 3 Forest School Practitioner and Outdoor First Aid practitioner so you are in safe hands, but you will always retain responsibility for yourself when you engage in one of my workshops or sessions. Please look out for your own safety, and communicate any additional needs with me so I can look out for you, too.
