Join us for a blissful, seasonal Yoga and Foraging event to celebrate the Autumn Equinox. We will gather local plants and berries during this fruitful, abundant time of the year, guided by Jo (Wild Revival). Enjoy nourishing yoga inspired by the season, guided by Alex (Patchouli Yoga).
After our nature walk, we'll be in the beautiful basement studio of 27 Art House, Bridge Street, Berwick-upon-Tweed to stretch and soften, then drink foraged tea around the fire.

Enjoy an hour of yoga inspired by the season. Gentle movement and stillness. Unwind in the stillness of a long, luxurious Savasana (final resting pose) to settle the nervous system.
End with reflection/connection over foraged tea, gathered around the fire at the studio. The space is yours to enjoy, whether you prefer to process the practice in silence or connect with those around you.
Ease into the season, feeling inspired, replenished and rested. Suitable for beginners.
